- 2 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 10 oz (2 cup) flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
- Mix milk and lemon juice.
- Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda together.
- Mix egg and butter together.
- Whisk 1) and 3) together. Whisk in 2).
Lemon juice and milk can be replaced with 2 cup buttermilk (for more normal pancakes).
